Manufacturing Opportunities for Pros and Recent Grads
Supports the vision and goals of HHT by performing various manufacturing and assembly tasks to build fireplace and stove products, including usin small hand tools or light powered tools to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, or finished products.
Safely and efficiently direct members, equipment, and materials to achieve departmental goals with responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery, cost, member development, maintenance and continuous improvement.
Perform welding applications to steel and sheet metal and performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations tasks to produce fireplace and stove products.
QA Tech II
Appraise quality problems and recommend corrective actions based on analysis of statistical data. Our QA Techs work closely with manufacturing engineering and factory managers to develop and/or correct processes and methods to achieve quality goals.
Prepare all engineering documents necessary for new products including prints, assemblies, bills of material, and programs. Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide advanced skills in sheet metal model building and construction of gas, wood, and pellet appliance. Our engineering techs use knowledge and skills to set up tests for various recognized certification and safety standards.
