To save PDF or DXF files, right click the red link and select "Save Target As" (Mac users ctrl-click and select "Download Link to Disk") and pick the folder where you want to save the files.

PDF files can be viewed using the free Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded from Adobe's Web site.
